Laboratory of Bioinformatics and Functional Genomics is a part of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of The Department of Biology at The Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. The main interest of the lab are comparative studies of various genomes. Sequencing the entire genomes of an array of organisms reveals the complete gene repertoire of those organisms and provides new insights into organisms as complex systems. The results of our work is reflected inter alia in our publications.
